The delivery period for your order is divided into the following two stages:
Processing Period: This includes order confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging.
All orders will be transferred to the logistics center for shipping preparation within 48 hours after order placement.
Shipping Period: The time required for delivery from the logistics center to your designated address.
For international shipping, it usually takes 7–15 business days.
For orders shipped to the United States, delivery will be made via ePacket service provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
After the package leaves the warehouse, it normally arrives within 10–20 days.
In some cases, it may take longer, but your package will definitely be delivered.
Please note that due to international conditions, express shipping to Canada may be delayed by an additional 6–10 days.
Logistics information will be available online 3–5 days after the tracking number is issued.
Please check your tracking number and delivery status 3–5 days after placing your order.

Next, double-check that the number you entered is the tracking number, not the order number.
The tracking number will be sent to you by email when the item is shipped.
